Loan modifications for San Mateo homeowners
Banks less willing to help with loan modification. Now what?

The question to ask yourself is: Do I want to keep my house?
If the answer is yes, you must get active.
I have clients that say to me, "But the bank hasn't called back." You can't wait for them to call back! You have to call them again. And again.

If you haven't been, it's okay! Here's a list of what to bring:
Request for Modification and Affidavit (RMA)
Request for Transcript of Tax Return (IRS Form 4506-T)
Dodd-Frank Certification Form
Hardship Letter
Read these documents carefully and have them filled out before you get to your appointment.
