There are three dozen houses in the Bay Area that far surpass their neighbors' holiday decorations, and one of them is in San Mateo, according to a list of the best holiday-decorated homes on SFGate.com.
Residents of 3701 Kenwood Ave. in San Mateo created a Tropical Christmas theme complete with surfing Snoopy, palm trees and flamingos.
The house also displays jumping dolphins on a sea of blue net lights, and a 45 foot tall Cedar Tree with 48,000 lights.
