Roosters Men’s Grooming Center Opens in San Mateo

The public is invited to attend the store's official ribbon cutting and grand opening celebration with San Mateo Mayor Robert Ross and representatives of the San Mateo Area Chamber of Commerce.

Roosters Men’s Grooming Center, a classic American barbershop with modern hair care services for men and boys, opens Tuesday at 405 South B St. in San Mateo.

Michael Stajer, the store’s owner, has opened two additional Roosters MGC’s in the San Francisco Bay Area in recent months.

The public is invited to attend the store’s official ribbon cutting and grand opening celebration with San Mateo Mayor Robert Ross and representatives of the San Mateo Area Chamber of Commerce from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 4.

The event will include refreshments, prize drawings and demonstrations of Roosters MGC’s hair care services. 

The new store is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
