Panda Express is a restaurant chain mostly in malls across America. The location in the Hillsdale mall is one of the busiest places in the food court. It serves wok-cooked Chinese fast food cafeteria style. You'll find all your favorites, like sweet and sour pork, broccoli beef, dai chin chicken, egg rolls and much more. The food is pre-prepared and kept in warming trays but it's pretty fresh since it does a lot of business and the trays constantly are being replenished.
