Master Chef Sho creates delicious, fresh sushi combinations here at California Roll. He keeps his kitchen very clean and uses certified fresh fish and quality ingredients. Some of the specialties he prepares include the Barbara Roll (smoked salmon& shrimp tempura with avocado), Coach (shrimp tempura, spicy tuna and wasabi tobiko) and the Cherry Blossom Roll (fresh salmon & avocado wrapped in fresh salmon).
