The Mid-Peninsula Boys & Girls Club held their Spring Art Show with works of art presented by more than 50 Club members.

Paintings, sculptures and an assortment of other original work were on display as guests mingled with artists and staff.

Representatives from Art in Action, City Arts of San Mateo, civic leaders and art aficionados were all impressed with the degree of talent on display. It was clear that the Club’s Arts Programs are worthy of support and deserve the recognition that this event produces.

Board President Darren Kelley was thrilled with the variety of works on display and said, “I speak on behalf of our Board with great pride as we see these wonderful pieces created by our very talented kids. Our Art Coordinators, Karen Guandique and Jayson Manzano, are doing exceptional work with our youth. This exhibition attests to that fact.”
