Viognier's Whole Hog Dinner
Viognier restaurant invites guests to dig into a demonstration-style dinner highlighting a wide range of ‘whole hog’ techniques and cuts including loin, belly, shoulder, ribs, and sausage. Executive Chef Preston Dishman and Chef de Cuisine Chris Aquino have created a 5-course menu featuring all these varieties as well as surprise bites as the demonstration progresses. Every course will be paired with wine by Viognier’s sommelier, Nichole Dishman.
