UPDATE 3:54 p.m. Sunday:
PG&E reported Sunday afternoon that 65 customers were without power in San Bruno.
The outage occurred at 9:04 a.m., according to the utility company.
Crews were assessing the cause of the outage and effecting repairs.
An estimated time for restoration was not available.

A downed tree that blocked the right lane on southbound 280 between Hickey Blvd. and Westborough Ave. in South San Francisco had traffic snarled into Sunday afternoon.
CalTrans crews, the South San Francisco Fire Department and the Highway Patrol were all on the scene as the tree was being removed, forcing lane closures and causing delays of up to 30 minutes.
Traffic was backed up to the Highway 1 Pacifica turnoff.
