Motorcyclist Hospitalized After Being Thrown Over Highway Divide

The accident happened around 1:30 p.m. near the Foster City Boulevard offramp.

A motorcyclist has been hospitalized with major injuries Thursday afternoon after being thrown over the center divide in an accident on state Highway 92 in Foster City.

The accident happened around 1:30 p.m. near the Foster City Boulevard offramp.

The California Highway Patrol had issued a Sig-alert for the area, which has now cleared. 

All lanes of the highway in both directions were open by 2:45 p.m., the CHP said.
