Police were called to a Daly City mall on Monday morning after someone reported seeing a man carrying a shotgun.
Just after 9 a.m. officers responded to the west side of the Serramonte Center mall after a receiving a report of a man carrying a shotgun on his back.
Arriving officers determined the man was in legal possession of the shotgun and that the weapon was not loaded, police said.
