Cell Phones are very popular but which ones should I buy and what cell phone companies should I sign up with. I believe it's not the up front cost of the phone or in some cases the monthly cost of the phone, it's the monthly cost of the plans. 

I believe it's about your needs. You should list your needs including your budget for the cell phone. Then either talk to your relatives and friends or research the information via the web. 

However once you buy your cell phone, how do you use it? There are many tutorials on the web, local low cost help or maybe talk to your friends about your questions.
