San Mateo High Kicking Off Holiday Food Drive at Hillsdale Shopping Center

The festivities will include a performance by 95 San Mateo and Burlingame High School Choir students.

San Mateo High School students will kick off their annual, record-setting holiday food drive with the Samaritan House of San Mateo on Saturday, Nov. 23, at Hillsdale Shopping Center.

The event will take place at Hillsdale Shopping Center’s Nordstrom Court from 1-3 p.m.

The festivities will include a performance by 95 San Mateo and Burlingame High School Choir students, directed by Shawn Reifschneider.

The performance will help promote San Mateo High School’s holiday food drive, which began on Nov. 15 and will go through Dec. 2, 2013, to benefit Samaritan House and Second Harvest Food Bank.
