Hillsdale High School Drama presents the musical In The Heights

Hillsdale High School presents its fall musical In The Heights, with music and lyrics by Lin-Manual Miranda, December 5, 6 and 7 @ 7 p.m. and December 8 @ 2 pm. Winner of the 2008 Tony Awards including Best Musical, In the Heights is a potent reminder of the importance of chasing one's dreams and finding where you belong. This exhuberant show spices up traditional Broadway fare with hip hop, salsa and rap to tell the stories of the residents of New York's Washington Heights neighborhood and close-knit Latin community.
In The Heights is directed by Allison Gamlen, with choreography by Sabrina Braccini, musical direction by Kevin Gallagher and vocal direction by Mark Fish.
