No appointment is necessary.
Bring with you:
- Photo ID for each person filing the return
- Social Security card or ITIN letter for each person shown on the return
- Copy of 2011 tax return
- W-2 and all other income information for 2012
- Information for deductions
- Education form 1098-T for 2012 and 2011
- Check to shown information for direct deposit of refund
- Daycare provider's information for any childcare
