With drumlines gaining traction here on the peninsula, there is a growing need for proper training for the percussionist in order to perform with ability and confidence. This means sharp reading skills, strong rudimental technique, working in a team setting and above all...playing in time with absolute precision.
This 10-week program is designed to initiate and/or improve the skill set for the battery and prepare them for participation in a beginning or intermediate drumline with standards appropriate to the discipline required for this style of performance.
