E2 Fitness & Breakfast - Serious Sculpt with Jonathan Kuiter

It’s time to get moving!! Join us for an hour of kick start cardio fitness followed by a delicious and healthy breakfast. 



An Equinox Fitness trainer will lead us through a boot-camp styled body-weight training class (tailored to your fitness level – dates and description below!) and then we will head inside to The Kitchen to enjoy a Rip’s Big Bowl for breakfast. Participants will receive a 10% discount. Please show your EventBrite confirmation to the cashier.

About the Class: Informed by the latest findings in exercise science, Jonathan will focus on strengthening and fine-tuning major muscle groups with a focus on functional exercises. This cutting-edge workout will include use of VIPRs and Sandbells. (Maybe more- he is getting back to me on his equipment use)

About the Instructor: Jonathan Kuiter a Tier II Equinox trainer who emphasis is in functional movement, health and feeling good over aesthetics. Jonathan gained an array of knowledge concerning fitness during his minor league baseball career in the Netherlands. He has honed his skills during his employment at equinox. He prides himself on his clients' success in reaching their goals. In his spare time he enjoys hiking, crossfit and working out hard. 



What a great way to start off your weekend! Engine 2 Fitness & Breakfast will occur every Saturday during the challenge and we will meet on the Patio outside the Bakery doors. 



Make sure you wear your work-out clothes, bring your mat & a bottle of water!
