Having the family over for Easter Brunch and need some ideas?  In this hands-on class, we'll try some simple yet elegant dishes that are perfect for a special occasion!

Menu:  Frisee salad with Goat Cheese Truffles and Poached Egg, Champagne Vinaigrette, Mascarpone Cheese and Citrus Tart.  Materials Fee:  $15
