According to a Patch directory listing, "Walking into Avenue Florist, one is engulfed in the fresh scents of cut flowers. There is a variety of offerings on display in a large fountain setting, from live orchids to bunches of roses. In business since 1984, the owner has grown fond of the community and the clientele."
