WiFi Printing Now Available at San Mateo Library

Pricing for the WiFi printing is the same as printing from the library's computers – the first three pages are free and $0.15 per page thereafter.

San Mateo Public Library patrons are now able to print from their laptop computers using the library's wireless network, library officials announced this week.

Patrons will need to download client software to enable printing from their laptop. Pricing for the WiFi printing is the same as printing from the library’s computers – the first three pages are free and $0.15 per page thereafter.

A print release station is located on each floor of the Main Library and centrally at both the Hillsdale and Marina branches.

“Wireless printing is a great service enhancement for the many laptop users who use the Library on a regular basis,” said Ben Ocón, City Librarian.
