Chefs at the Show

The Show has developed into a full celebration of the California Lifestyle and how we connect to our landscape and environment. Food is a part of our identity, and the growing garden to table movement is increasingly important. With cooking demonstrations, lectures, films, wine tasting, and hands-on experiences we invite you to enjoy the abundance of California. We are proud to introduce Alice Waters of Chez Panisse Restaurant and five prominent Bay Area Chefs, who will demonstrate their skills in our new Show Kitchen. HUGE Edible Gardening Display

Your basic Victory Garden on steroids, the 6000 sq ft Star Apple Edible Garden display will feature vibrant plantings, chickens & goats, and short talks from their group and talented friends. Beer & Jam making are in the works. Learn how to grow it, use it, and cook from it. Learn more details.
