MagicFlutes Spring Concert

  The MagicFlutes is performing again on Friday, May 6. MagicFlutes, a 28-piece flute orchestra featuring piccolos, orchestral flutes, alto flutes, bass  flutes and a contrabass flute presents their annual Spring Concert entitled "In Nature's Kingdom"
featuring music depicting nature including, "Wasps Overture", "Clair de Lune", "Water Music", "Jupiter" and more!  The concert will be held at St. Matthews Catholic Church, on El Camino in San Mateo at 7 p.m. Tickets are $10 at the door, $5 for students and seniors. Refreshments will be served.
      Magiceflutes is under the direction of Pamela Ravenlle, a well known local performer and educator. Magicflutes is a class offered through the College of San Mateo. The group has been performing together for over twenty years and recently performed at the San Francisco International Flute Festival in Half Moon Bay and the 38th Annual Nationla Flute Association convention in Anaheim.
