It's in the Cards for San Mateo American Legion Auxiliary
Foster City soccer team makes cards for patients at Veteran's Hospital.
Gifts purchased by the San Mateo American Legion Auxiliary will be accompanied by handmade cards from members of the Peninsula Thunder Under-12 girls' soccer team of Foster City.
Both the gifts and cards are scheduled to be distributed Friday at the Veteran's Administration Hospital off Willow Road in Menlo Park.

The Thunder may never meet the recipients of cards they made during a recent gathering but that did not stop them from sharing their talents and good will for a good cause.
The American Legion Auxiliary's gifts provide a holiday touch. The cards will most certainly cheer up and delight those who receive them from the Peninsula Thunder, with love.
